At Joys Boutique, every gown and outfit is crafted with care, and many of our products involve customization and tailoring. Our Cancellation Policy ensures clarity for both our customers and our team.
1. Cancellation of Ready-Made Orders
You may request cancellation of a ready-made product order before it is shipped.
Cancellation is possible only if:
- The order has not yet been dispatched
- Payment verification is complete
- The product has not been altered or customized in any way
If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation cannot be processed.
2. Cancellation of Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Outfits
Custom designs are created specifically for each client based on individual measurements, fabrics, and preferences.
Therefore:
❌ No cancellation is allowed once the order is confirmed.
❌ If production, designing, or sourcing has begun, the order is non-cancellable.
❌ Advance or booking amounts are non-refundable.
This policy helps maintain the quality and craftsmanship of our exclusive designs.
3. Appointment / Trial / Consultation Cancellations
For boutique visits, trials, or discussion sessions:
- You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows without prior notice may result in loss of priority or slot availability.
4. Cancellation by Joys Boutique
We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations such as:
- Unavailable stock or materials
- Payment failure
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
- Unforeseen production limitations
In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible payments (if any) will be refunded.
5. Refund for Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation is approved (for ready-made orders only):
- The refund will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Transaction charges or payment gateway fees may be deducted
