This Online Selling Policy governs all online transactions made through the Joys Boutique website, social media platforms, messaging applications, and any other digital sales channels operated by Joys Boutique (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an online order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Scope of Online Sales

Joys Boutique offers online sales for the following:

  • Custom-made and made-to-measure garments
  • Made-to-order designs
  • Ready-to-wear collections
  • Design consultations and alterations (where applicable)

Products include wedding gowns, bridal wear, communion gowns, baptism dresses, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, party wear, and coordinated outfits.

2. Product Display & Representation
  • Product images, videos, sketches, and descriptions displayed online are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Actual products may vary slightly in color, texture, embroidery, or detailing due to lighting conditions, screen resolution, and handcrafted processes.
  • Such variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for return or refund.

3. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Placing an online order constitutes an intent to purchase.
  • Orders are confirmed only after:
    • Final design approval (for customized products), and
    • Receipt of the required non-refundable advance payment.
  • Order confirmation may be provided via email, invoice, WhatsApp, or written acknowledgment.

Joys Boutique reserves the right to reject or cancel any online order due to pricing errors, material unavailability, or operational constraints.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change until order confirmation.
  • Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per prevailing laws.
  • Full payment must be completed before the dispatch or delivery of products.

Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and approved online payment gateways.

5. Customization & Measurements

  • Custom-made orders are produced strictly based on customer-approved designs and measurements.
  • Customers opting to provide self-measurements are responsible for their accuracy.
  • Joys Boutique shall not be liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements submitted online.

Once production has commenced, no changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds will be permitted.

6. Production & Delivery Timelines
  • Estimated production and delivery timelines are shared at the time of order placement.
  • Timelines are indicative and may vary due to design complexity, fabric availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or force majeure events shall not be considered grounds for cancellation or refund.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic and international shipping options are available, subject to serviceability.
  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is dispatched.

Joys Boutique is not responsible for courier delays or transit-related issues.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Online purchases are governed by our Returns Policy and Refund Policy, available on the website.
  • Custom-made and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

9. Communication & Electronic Records

  • All online communications, approvals, invoices, and confirmations shared electronically shall be considered legally valid.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, measurements, and order details shared digitally.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, digital content, and branding used in online selling are the exclusive intellectual property of Joys Boutique. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Joys Boutique shall not be liable for:

  • Minor design or color variations
  • Fit issues due to customer-provided measurements
  • Delays beyond reasonable control

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific online order.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Online Selling Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

13. Amendments

Joys Boutique reserves the right to update or modify this Online Selling Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on the website.
