At Joys Boutique, we take great pride in crafting high-quality gowns and custom outfits. Each product is made with care, precision, and attention to detail. Our Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accepted.
General Policy
Due to the nature of our business—especially handcrafted and custom-made garments—refunds and returns are limited. Please read the following points carefully before making a purchase.
Custom-Made Orders (No Refund / No Return / No Exchange)
Custom-made outfits are created specifically based on your:
- Measurements
- Design selection
- Fabric choice
- Custom requirements
Therefore:
- No refunds
No returns
No exchanges
Once an order has entered the production phase or materials have been sourced, it cannot be canceled.
3. Ready-Made Products (Limited Return & Exchange)
For ready-made gowns or dresses:
- You may request an exchange within 10 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds for ready-made items are only issued if:
- The product arrives damaged,
- Incorrect item is delivered, or
- There is a manufacturing defect.
Refund approval is at the discretion of Joys Boutique management.
4. Conditions for Return Eligibility
A return will be accepted only if:
- A return request is raised within 10 days
- The product is in original packaging
- No perfume, makeup stains, or wear marks are present
- Tags, labels, and accessories are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
If the product fails to meet these conditions, Joys Boutique may reject the return.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made gowns
- Altered garments
- Accessories
- Sale or discounted products
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards or coupons
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged:
- Email us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos/videos of the defect and package.
After review, we will:
- Arrange an exchange
or - Offer a refund (in rare cases)
Damage caused by mishandling, incorrect washing, or external factors is not eligible.
7.Cancellation Policy
- Orders for ready-made items can be canceled before shipping.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once design approval or measurement collection is completed.
8. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method (bank/UPI/card)
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
9. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
- Joys Boutique is not responsible for lost return parcels; we recommend using a trackable courier service.
