At Joys Boutique, we aim to deliver your gowns and outfits safely and on time. Our Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within India and internationally.
1. Order Processing Time
Ready-Made Products
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Custom-Made / Made-to-Order Products
- Processing and production timelines vary based on:
- Design complexity
- Fabric selection
- Workload
- Typical production time ranges from 7–45 days (or as discussed during booking).
- Customers will be informed if additional time is required.
Note: Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Domestic Shipping (India)
- We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.
- Delivery time usually takes 3–10 working days depending on your location.
International Shipping (If applicable)
- Available to select countries with additional charges.
- Delivery may take 7–20 working days based on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen issues. Joys Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.
3.Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and courier service.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.
- International shipping charges are higher and vary by country.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- If tracking details are delayed, allow 24–48 hours for the courier system to update.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Wrong contact number
- Failure to receive calls from delivery agents
Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
6. Packaging & Safety
We ensure:
- Secure, high-quality packaging
- Proper folding, covering, and protection of gowns
- Waterproof packing for monsoon season
If any visible damage is found on the parcel, please take photos or videos before opening and contact us immediately.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make 2–3 attempts for delivery.
If the order is returned due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Wrong address
- Refused delivery
Reshipping charges will be applied.
8. International Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if any) must be paid by the customer.
- Joys Boutique is not responsible for such charges.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes, lockdowns, or political issues
- Courier operational backlogs
- Customs delays
- Incorrect address provided
