Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Ready-made items

  • Can be exchanged within 10 days if unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Refunds may apply only if the product is defective, based on management approval
Custom-made items
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds as they are tailored specifically for each customer.
