Once production begins, no changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds are permitted.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change until the order is confirmed.
- Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per government regulations.
- A non-refundable advance payment is required to initiate any order.
7. Delivery, Shipping & Timelines
- Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to design complexity, fabric availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Joys Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is dispatched.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

- Custom-made and made-to-order garments are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
