Return Policy

This Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns may be accepted for products purchased from Joys Boutique ("we", "our", "us"). By placing an order with Joys Boutique, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Overview
Joys Boutique specializes in custom-made, made-to-measure, and made-to-order garments. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are limited and strictly regulated to ensure fairness, quality control, and hygiene standards.
2. Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products
• Returns are not accepted for custom-made, customized, or made-to-measure garments.
• These items are produced specifically based on customer-approved designs, measurements, and fabric selections.
• Once production begins, the order becomes final and non-returnable.
Minor variations in color, embroidery, fabric texture, or finishing are inherent to handcrafted garments and shall not be treated as valid grounds for return.
3. Ready-to-Wear Products
Returns for ready-to-wear products may be considered only if explicitly agreed at the time of purchase and subject to the following conditions:
• The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery or purchase
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
• The product must not be altered or damaged in any manner
Approval of returns is at the sole discretion of Joys Boutique.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
• Customized or personalized garments
• Products made using customer-provided measurements
• Discounted or clearance sale items
• Accessories, veils, hair pieces, and innerwear
• Products altered at the customer’s request
5. Size & Fit Considerations
• Fit issues arising from customer-provided measurements do not qualify for returns.
• We strongly recommend in-person fittings or professional measurement services for best results.
• Slight fitting adjustments may be offered as alterations but shall not be considered grounds for return.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that a product is received with a manufacturing defect or is incorrect:
• The customer must notify Joys Boutique within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photographic or video evidence must be provided
• The product must remain unused and in original condition
Upon verification, Joys Boutique may, at its discretion:
• Repair the product, or
• Replace the product, or
• Offer an alternative resolution
7. Return Process (If Applicable)
If a return is approved:
1. Customers will receive return authorization instructions
2. The product must be securely packed to prevent damage
3. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
8. Shipping & Transit Liability
• Joys Boutique is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
Customers are advised to use reliable courier services with tracking.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. International Orders
• All international orders are final and non-returnable.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns due to customs delays or refusal do not qualify for acceptance.
10. Policy Amendments
Joys Boutique reserves the right to amend or update this Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available on our website.
